After you place your order, we will take 1-2 business days to prepare it for shipment.
Please note the processing time above does not include production time for custom orders.
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery is based on the following shipping options displayed at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 2-5 Business Days
Priority Shipping: 1-3 Business Days
Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days
Please note the shipping times above does not include production time for custom orders.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
The site ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you did not receive a Shipment Confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folder.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship internationally.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

The site is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

The site is not liable for any products damaged or lost after marked delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim and provide photos as proof. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately to file a claim. The deadline to file a claim is 120 calendar days from the date of shipment.
